Borrow and Blossom Supplier Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms and conditions under which the Supplier will provide clothing for rent through Borrow and Blossom.

By entering into this agreement, the Supplier agrees to the rental process, fees, and conditions outlined below.

This agreement is renewable annually unless either party chooses to terminate with notice.

  1. Rental Process and Revenue Share
    The rental revenue generated through Borrow and Blossom will be split equally between Borrow and Blossom and the Supplier.
    Each party will receive 50% of the rental fee paid by the customer.
  2. Maintenance Fee
    A fee of $20 will be added to each rental.
    This fee will be divided equally between Borrow and Blossom and the Supplier: $10 will be paid by Borrow and Blossom, and $10 will be paid by the Supplier.
    This fee is mandatory and non-negotiable, and it will be used to cover the cost of maintaining the dress.
  3. Rental Requirement for Wearing a Dress
    Suppliers agree that if they wish to wear a dress that they have provided for rent, they must rent it through the platform.
    No dress can be worn without being rented to ensure availability for customers and maintain the integrity of the business model.
  4. Term and Renewal
    This Agreement will be effective for one year from the signing date.
    After the first year, the Agreement will automatically renew annually unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
  5. Liability and Maintenance
    Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that all clothing provided for rent is in good condition, free of defects, and suitable for renting, the dress must be dry cleaned before submission
  6. Payment Terms
    Payments to the Supplier will be made within 3-5 working days after the dress has been rented, they may collect their money either by picking it up or by Whish
  7. Termination of Agreement
    Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice however two conditions must be taken into account:

8.1- High season:
During high season from May to September, Suppliers must wait until the end of the season to submit their notice for retraction.

8.2- If the supplier’s dress has been rented out before their notice they must wait until the dress has been borrowed to receive their returned dress
