By renting a dress from Borrow&Blossom, the renter agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Rental Period The standard rental period is 3 working days. The rental period starts on the day the dress is picked up or delivered and ends on the specified return date. Example: You pick up your dress on Monday, 3rd of June. You attend your event on the 4th of June. The dress will have to be returned on Thursday, 6th of June. For any extra day beyond 3 working days, a late fee will be charged.
Rental Fees and Payment Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of receiving the chosen dress. Acceptable forms of payments include – Cash on delivery – Directly to our Omt card for a fee of 1 USD. A security deposit of $50 is required and will be refunded upon the dress’s return in acceptable condition.
Dress Condition All dresses are inspected and cleaned before each rental. The renter must inspect the dress upon receipt and notify the shop of any pre-existing damage or defects.
Dress Care The renter is responsible for the care of the dress during the rental period.
Return Policy Dresses must be returned by the end of the rental period. Dresses should be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any damage or excessive wear and tear will be assessed and charged accordingly. Late returns will incur a fee of $30 per day
Damage and Loss In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, the renter will be responsible for repair costs. If the dress is lost or deemed irreparable, the renter will be charged the full retail value of the dress.
Cancellation Policy The is a NO-refund and NO-exchange policy after signing the contract The client/customer can cancel her reservation agreement anytime. No compensation will be paid. The deposit paid, however, will be lost.
Alterations Alterations may be made to the dresses upon agreement between the two parties. Any unauthorized alterations will result in repair charges or the full retail value being charged to the renter. Dresses should not be altered beyond the mutual agreement between both parties, cleaned, or washed by the renter.
Privacy Policy Personal information collected during the rental process will be used solely for the purpose of the rental transaction and will not be shared with third parties.
